1. Product categories, quality certification standards, and sample quantities to be provided for Type 3 Products for MIT Smile Product Accreditation System for Taiwan-made Products are provided in the attachment table.
2. For companies applying for the certification products of different styles but of the same material, color, and series may be tested as a single product. However, a list of styles and photographs of products of different styles within the same series must be provided as reference for product identification.
